Prior to joining Emerzian Law Group, Josceline built a diverse professional background. During college, she worked as a tutor for a well-known Fresno nonprofit, served as a behavior technician for children on the autism spectrum, and completed a paid internship with a local consulting firm, where she recorded and reported on County Supervisor and City Council meetings, gained exposure to the intersection of politics and business, and learned the importance of community engagement. She also managed a local HVAC office where she handled dispatching, invoicing, payment processing, and technician support. Before joining ELG, she worked at the Fresno Chamber of Commerce managing a dedicated member community, onboarding new members, and assisting with large-scale events with over 300 attendees.
Josceline participated in a Fresno State scholarship program where she volunteered with local nonprofits—helping children read, assisting with food distribution events, and supporting a local thrift store. She is a first-generation college student and the oldest of three siblings, all pursuing education.
Known as Josie to friends, family, and many clients, she enjoys discovering new places in Fresno and attending community events with friends. Josie plans to take the LSAT soon in pursuit of obtaining her law degree. She is a mother to two cats, Gizmo and Bubbles.
