THE SESSION

How the two hours work

In-person seating is limited to 60 and reserved for managers. Everyone else is warmly welcome on Zoom, with no cap online.

Hour 1 · 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

All Employees

Open to every employee via Zoom. Managers are also required to attend this hour, and may join by Zoom or in person.

Hour 2 · 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Managers Only

A second hour for managers, covering the added responsibilities that come with supervising a team. Join by Zoom or in person.

Is there any cost to attend?

No. The training is free. Registration is required so we can send you the Zoom link or the in-person details.

Do I have to attend both hours?

The first hour is open to all employees. The second hour is for managers and supervisors, who are asked to attend both. If you are not a manager, the first hour is the session for you.

What if in-person seating is full?

The room holds 60 and is reserved for managers. If it fills, you can join the in-person waitlist, and you are welcome to attend on Zoom in the meantime. There is no cap online.

Can I join from anywhere?

Yes. The full session is available on Zoom. You will receive the link by email after you register.
