Ms. Sibel is an Executive Assistant with Emerzian Law Group providing service to the firm’s public agency, education sector, non-profit, and private business clients. Ms. Sibel also serves the City of Fresno’s Eviction Protection Program, which provides direct legal representation to tenants being unlawfully evicted within the City of Fresno.   

Ms. Sibel provides administrative support to the firm’s attorneys as they assist clients with HR matters, conduct workplace or school investigations, and defend unlawful evictions. She facilitates firm operations such as court filings, recordkeeping, correspondence, scheduling, and document management. With a background in technical writing, Ms. Sibel also provides high level support to the firm’s investigations practice, including coordinating ongoing investigations, maintaining the investigatory record, and writing/editing draft investigation reports.  

Prior to joining Emerzian Law Group, Ms. Sibel held supportive roles at consumer protection law firms in the Central Valley and the Bay Area representing plaintiffs across California in litigation and arbitration matters. With this experience, Ms. Sibel appreciates that her role at Emerzian Law Group allows her to continue making a positive impact on the lives of clients as individuals.  

Ms. Sibel is based in Fresno, CA. In her spare time she enjoys reading and writing novels, running, and Pilates.
