Ms. Emerzian serves Emerzian Law Group as Chief of Operations and Senior Paralegal. In this capacity, Ms. Emerzian provides strategic and operational leadership for ELG’s multifaceted practice areas, building effective processes that work on a macro and micro level, ensuring timely completion of work, developing firm procedures, and translating these processes into effective action plans.  

Ms. Emerzian also serves as a cross-functional member of the team by directly serving the firm’s public agency, education sector, non-profit, and private business clients in the areas of investigation report writing and editing, document preparation, and project management. Ms. Emerzian is also certified by the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) as a Title IX Coordinator.  

Prior to working with Emerzian Law Group, Ms. Emerzian worked as a professional planning consultant, specializing in long range plans and policy creation for public agencies throughout California. In this role, Ms. Emerzian became adept at writing and preparing large public policy and urban design documents. Ms. Emerzian also has years of experience in the design and construction industry, where she honed her project management skills and acute attention to detail. Ms. Emerzian’s background makes her uniquely qualified to employ critical thinking skills, empathy, and forward planning to promote a culture of operational excellence, and assist in creating a scalable, resilient, and professional firm environment.  

Outside of work, Ms. Emerzian enjoys dance and Pilates, great coffee, and reading novels. She also loves spending time with her family, including her young son and three rescue pups.
