Ms. Germann is an attorney with Emerzian Law Group providing service to the firm’s public agency, education sector, non-profit, and private business clients. Ms. Germann also serves as a lead attorney for the City of Fresno’s Eviction Protection Program, providing direct legal representation to tenants being unlawfully evicted within the City of Fresno. Additionally, Ms. Germann serves as an external neutral investigator for workplace and school investigations, directly investigating matters related to harassment, discrimination, Title IX, misconduct, and compliance issues. Ms. Germann cares for the clients she serves and takes a person-centered and collaborative approach to problem-solving. 

Prior to joining Emerzian Law Group, Ms. Germann practiced insurance defense litigation, providing direct representation to insurance companies against various lawsuits. In law school, Ms. Germann sought unique experiences to expand her knowledge and assist her community, including assisting United States Military Veterans secure disability benefits and interning for criminal defense and personal injury attorneys. Prior to working in the legal field, Ms. Germann worked for a small trucking business for four (4) years assisting with day-to-day operations while attending college full time. 

Ms. Germann lives in Fresno, CA with her husband, DeAndre, and their two young dogs, Leo and Maverick. Ms. Germann enjoys golfing with her husband, spending time with family, and taking the dogs for long walks and other excursions. Ms. Germann is also active in her church and a member of a local book club.
